Two Trains

Two trains

Two rails

Two destinations

Two directions

Like a wisp of light,

Like two trains passing by,

My windowpane fluttered bright

For a flicker, I was in awe

That green is more stabilized

That caffeine's not too nice

That trust can come thrice

For a flicker, I was in awe

Yet my flicker comes with guilt

And guilt shatters the house I've built

Hush, hush, I dream secrets unspilt

Hush, hush, I kiss these sins to wilt

A smiling, brooding looking glass

Do I see me in his eyes aflash?

Do I see me in our flights to dash?

For a flicker... was I in awe?

Two trains

Two rails

Two destinations

Two directions

Will they keep passing by

Or finally stopping by....?

No more to write, says I --

Good night, stranger....

Goodbye.
